About the Journal

Journal Management and Hospitality (JMH) was officially launched on December 1, 2023, by a group of young academics from PT Batara Swastika Harati and will be available online on December 31, 2023. Journal Management and Hospitality (JMH) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed journal that describes itself as a dynamic platform for collecting and exchanging relevant academic research and collaboration in the fields of management and hospitality. Journal Management and Hospitality (JMH) is designed to help practitioners and researchers stay abreast of the latest developments in the field, facilitating the exchange of ideas, and encouraging the submission of collaborative research results conducted between academia and industry. As an exciting and challenging international forum, Journal Management and Hospitality (JMH) reflects the latest events and trends in the industry. Dynamic market forces such as global competition, changing customer expectations, and new communication technologies—combined with career challenges due to ongoing industry consolidation and corporate restructuring—demand continuous learning and idea sharing.
