<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Only now has Indonesia's land use problem been partially found to be a bright spot. Moreover, the government created the map that gave rise to this issue. Therefore, holding the One Map Policy in government policies is necessary to realize good land governance. This research aims to determine how effective the One Map Policy is in solving land problems and realizing good spatial governance to provide welfare to the people. This research is written using normative juridical methods, using literature studies that examine a problem from a legal point of view and look for data in reading materials. So, the One Map Policy is one of the alternatives and essential policies to resolve overlapping land uses in the community. Indonesia is a country that has a rich nature and can used by humans. It is the same as what has been loaded in the 1945 Constitution in Article 33, paragraph 3, which explains that earth, water, and wealth contain nature inside it, controlled by the state and used for as big possible prosperity of the people.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Capitalization has forced the market to become increasingly accessible. Economic interdependence has been created and has become a principle of economics that most countries embrace. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method and a literature review to analyze opportunities and challenges that can be used as lessons for Indonesia as the holder of the ASEAN chairmanship in 2023. This method will be applied by studying related issues in various journals, books, reports and news. The collapse of the SVB significantly impacted the fall of American stocks, which subsequently affected the closure of banks inside and outside America. The implications of this phenomenon reflect ASEAN as an organization that seeks to create a stable and secure economy in the region. As the Chair of ASEAN 2023, Indonesia has many opportunities and challenges that can be taken from the fall of the banking industry in America while implementing a digital economy in the ASEAN region.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aimed to investigate the impact of working hours on the occupational health and safety of online transportation drivers mediated by work-related stress. The research was conducted to reduce the number of accidents involving online transportation drivers. This research employs associative quantitative research based on data that can be calculated to produce an evaluation. Eighty internet transportation drivers in kuningan City were given questionnaires to complete to gather primary data. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) for model and hypothesis testing with PLS 3.0 statistical software. The results indicate that working hours and stress significantly affect employee occupational safety and health. Additionally, working hours impact work stress. This study found that work stress may mediate the impact of working hours on occupational health and safety. Injuries or illnesses sustained at work may result from the stress experienced by driver-partners due to long working hours. The study's findings can help Grab and other online drivers organize their working hours to reduce work-related stress and, ideally, maintain safety.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research chose the high school level because it is the last level before entering higher education (PT), which is different from the vocational school level where apart from going to PT you can also directly enter the world of work or industry. The city of Kupang was chosen because it is still a barometer of education in NTT Province. This research used a qualitative approach with 81 informants. Primary and secondary data were obtained through interviews, observation and literature review. Data were analyzed using techniques from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014) which included data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The research results show that the character of the actors implementing the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in secondary education services at high schools in Kupang City, whether performing well or poorly, was analyzed using the grid model from Bryson (2004). Findings show that: High Interest – Low Power (Subjects): Teachers involved in the school education quality assurance team (TPMPS) at SMAN 2 Kupang and SMAN 6 Kupang do not understand their role in the team. High Interest – High Power (Players): Supervisors from the provincial education office and school principals as managers in educational units do not know the SPMI team, but know the school development team (TPS) at SMAN 2 and the curriculum development team (TPK) at SMAN 6 Kupang. Low Interest – High Power (Context Setters): Committees and administration understand their role as directors and administrative staff but do not know the TPK team.</dc:description>

This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with combined data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and focus group discussions (FGD).
The results of the research show that Dekranasda NTT has played a role in empowering woven fabric craft groups, including Dekranasda NTT acting as a motivator in human development and institutional development, a communicator in business development and institutional development, and a dynamist in business development and institutional development. However, in carrying out its role, Dekranasda NTT experienced several obstacles, including limited capital to carry out woven fabric craft development activities again and obstacles faced by craft groups, namely lack of capital and raw materials in the weaving process, resulting in delays in every activity. Craft groups still need to issue business permits and copyrights for each of their businesses and weavings; this could be a waste of money for anyone who is not responsible for plagiarizing the weaving that the craft group has weaved.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Indonesia still faces two significant challenges: a climate education system and relatively low social welfare rates. To address these pressing concerns, this study examines the feasibility of utilizing climate education to enhance social welfare. The study proposes a comprehensive framework for climate education in Indonesia using quantitative and qualitative research methods designed to adapt to various contexts, including formal educational settings such as schools and universities, while still accessible to underprivileged communities. The findings highlight the significance of integrating climate and environmental education into the educational system to prepare future generations to address ecological challenges. The paper also discusses the impact of the climate crisis on social welfare conditions in Indonesia, particularly for vulnerable communities. It proposes strategies for implementing climate education to enhance social welfare. It emphasizes the need for interactive and action-oriented approaches to climate education, as well as the role of universities in promoting practical solutions and student leadership. The framework presented in the paper aims to equip future professionals with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive innovation in sustainable technologies, shape responsible policy decisions, and foster community resilience</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research examined the factors affecting students' readiness to study mathematics at the beginning of the 2024–2025 academic year. The study was carried out at MA Husnul Khotmah Kuningan. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study model. Data collection instruments included questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The study results indicated that the factors with the highest percentages were cooperation among students, learning facilities, parental support, and the quality of teaching, which played a significant role in creating a supportive and effective learning environment. Indicators with the highest values highlight factors that profoundly and directly influence students' learning readiness. Factors such as student cooperation, learning facilities, parental support, and teaching quality significantly create a supportive and effective learning environment. While factors with lower percentage values, such as study habits and additional activities, are also important, they may require further attention to enhance overall learning readiness. Understanding and improving all these factors can help create a better learning environment and prepare students to face academic challenges.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The horror genre is widely appreciated for its ability to challenge audiences through fear, offering suspense and excitement. Among its subgenres, psychological horror stands out for its unique focus on the mind, emotions, and internal struggles, rather than relying on direct confrontations with physical monsters or external threats. This subgenre delves into the complexities of the human psyche, often depicting mental illness and psychological tension to evoke fear. Unlike traditional horror, psychological horror builds suspense through atmosphere, character development, and the gradual unraveling of the protagonist's mental state, making it a subtler yet more unsettling form of horror. A literature review highlights how psychological horror has significantly shaped the portrayal of mental illness, offering deeper, more introspective representations of psychological disorders. The findings indicate that this subgenre's strength lies in its ability to present fear from a different perspective, often leaving much to the imagination of the audience, which intensifies the sense of dread. By focusing on internal fears and psychological conflicts, psychological horror provides a distinctive narrative experience, setting it apart from other horror subgenres that rely on physical confrontations. This makes it a compelling form of storytelling that resonates deeply with audiences, tapping into their subconscious fears and emotions</dc:description>

YEU also has a mandate to provide protection and provide for the needs of vulnerable groups, including people with physical disabilities. One of the programs designed is to provide household level accessibility for people with physical disabilities. This includes providing emergency lights, installing handrails, making ramps, and repairing bathrooms. The purpose of this research is to identify cultural views towards physical disability before and after compliance with accessibility. This shows a comparison of society's views towards physical disability before and after the action including accessibility by the YAKKUM Emergency Unit which includes an evaluation of how stigma, perception and handling of individuals are carried out. physical disabilities change or do not change over time. This research uses qualitative methods. Qualitative research is suitable for cultural research because it uses data collection techniques such as data reduction and drawing conclusions. Previously, society had a stigma or negative perception towards individuals with physical disabilities, but after this intervention, there was an increase in social acceptance and inclusion for them. The role of the YAKKUM Emergency Unit in meeting accessibility needs in Ciputri Village is very important. Concrete steps such as building accessibility infrastructure have a real impact on the quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities in the community.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to explore how digital strategies employed by Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) can be used to improve their image and address societal stigma. The primary focus is on understanding the role of digital content, user engagement, and feedback in shaping public perceptions of pesantren. The research adopts a qualitative method with a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the topic. The research subjects include the administrators of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, who are involved in the creation and management of digital content, as well as the audience actively interacting with pesantren content across various digital platforms such as social media, websites, and videos. Data collection techniques involve in-depth interviews with pesantren administrators and the audience to explore their experiences, perceptions, and feedback. Additionally, content analysis of user feedback on digital platforms is employed to enrich the information collected. Data analysis techniques include transcription of interviews, coding of qualitative data, and thematic analysis to identify key themes and patterns. Data from user feedback is analyzed to understand engagement and responses to pesantren content. The findings indicate that positive and informative digital content, such as stories of students and alums, significantly improves public perception of pesantren. Digital platforms enhance the image of pesantren, with audience engagement and responses to user feedback being key factors. This research highlights the importance of responsive digital strategies in building a better image in the eyes of the public.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Folk songs are not merely a form of entertainment but also serve as a medium to understand the local wisdom embedded within a community. This study aims to uncover the local wisdom of Madura through the folk songs Pajjhâr Lagghu and Tondu' Majhâng. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnolinguistic approach. The data consists of words, phrases, and clauses found in the two songs. Data sources include internet sites, YouTube, and textbooks. Data collection was conducted by downloading song videos from YouTube and reviewing song lyrics from websites and books. The collected data were analyzed using an extra lingual matching method. The findings reveal that the local wisdom in Pajjhâr Lagghu encompasses (a) values such as hope, high optimism, hard work, perseverance, resilience, independence, fighting spirit, courage, responsibility, dedication, and strong commitment; (b) knowledge and skills in agrarian enterprises; and (c) patriotism, including the willingness to sacrifice everything for the prosperity and glory of the homeland. Meanwhile, the local wisdom in Tondu' Majhâng includes (a) values such as courage, resilience, perseverance, hard work, togetherness, solidarity, hope, supportiveness, gratitude, and a strong work ethic; and (b) knowledge and skills related to maritime sciences.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research explores the efforts of Paguyuban Kujang Salakageni in Bogor Regency, Indonesia, to preserve the traditional art of Debus amidst the challenges posed by modernity. As globalization and modernization threaten the resilience of local cultures, the Salakageni community, made up primarily of young individuals, remains committed to safeguarding and promoting this unique cultural heritage. This study uses a qualitative approach and includes data collection methods like observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The findings reveal that preserving the Debus tradition is a significant challenge. In contemporary society, Debus performances are often viewed by certain segments of the population as mere forms of entertainment. The younger generation, in particular, tends to perceive the tradition as outdated, which makes it less attractive compared to modern forms of music and dance. However, despite these challenges, Salakageni continues to perform at various community events, not only within Bogor but also in neighboring regions. In spite of struggling for support from both the private sector and government institutions, the group remains dedicated to organizing Debus performances in public spaces, funded out of their own pockets. Their efforts are driven by a deep passion and a sense of moral responsibility to preserve and pass on this traditional art form, ensuring the continuity of the nation’s cultural heritage for future generations.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Adolescence represents a critical transitional phase from childhood to adulthood and serves as a key stage in the human life development cycle. This period is characterized by significant hormonal changes, leading to various physical, emotional, and psychological transformations. Among these, emotional changes are particularly noteworthy as they directly relate to the development of emotional intelligence, a crucial skill influencing an individual's ability to manage emotions, build relationships, and navigate social interactions. Emotional intelligence is shaped by various factors, with parenting patterns emerging as a particularly influential determinant. This study aims to investigate the extent to which different parenting patterns impact the emotional intelligence of middle-aged adolescents. This study uses a qualitative methodology, with observations and interviews serving as the main means of gathering data. The study's respondents consist of six middle-aged adolescents, comprising both male and female participants, selected to provide diverse perspectives. The findings reveal that parenting patterns play a pivotal role in shaping the emotional intelligence of adolescents. Adolescents who experience supportive, nurturing, and consistent parenting tend to exhibit higher levels of emotional intelligence, including improved self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation. Conversely, inconsistent or neglectful parenting may hinder the development of these skills. The study underscores the importance of parental involvement and adaptive parenting strategies during adolescence to foster emotional intelligence. These findings provide valuable insights for parents, educators, and practitioners working with adolescents, emphasizing the need for a supportive environment to promote holistic development during this critical life stage.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">There is a problem of delinquent behavior among children at SDN Jeron Boyolali. The main focus is on creating a safe and conducive learning environment. Child delinquency, which often takes the form of aggressive behavior, defiance, or Disruption of classmates, can affect the learning process teaching and create tension in the school environment. Handling This problem requires a more holistic approach, where factors in Child psychology need to be understood in depth. A focused psychological approach to understanding children's emotional and social needs and helping them develop skills in managing emotions and behavior. The handling strategy implemented at SDN Jeron Boyolali involves several key steps. First, the application of counseling guidance to help the child understand and overcome possible feelings of frustration or anxiety is the root of their delinquency problem. School counselors work with teachers and parents to design specific interventions according to each child's needs. Second, positive reinforcement through Rewarding or recognizing a child's good behavior can increase their self-confidence and motivation to behave better. Also creates an environment that supports children's psychological development more positively. Apart from that, the psychological approach also involves involving parents in changing children's behavior. Parents are expected to set an example and communicate openly with their children to reduce stress or tension at home. Training program for parents about parenting that supports the emotional development of children can also be done as part of the strategy. With that approach involving all parties, including teachers, counselors and parents, the problem of delinquency in children is expected to be minimized so that children can develop optimally in a healthier and more harmonious school environment.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This article analyzes the representation of Islamic culture in the documentary film Islam: Empire of Faith using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The film provides a historical overview of Islamic civilization, from its birth to its heyday, including its contributions to art, architecture, science, and politics. By applying Barthes' concepts of denotation, connotation, and myth, this study reveals how visual and narrative signs in the film construct the representation of Islamic culture in the eyes of the audience. This analysis shows that the film constructs an idealistic narrative about the splendor and glory of Islamic civilization but also carries an ideological bias that reinforces Western myths about the Islamic world, such as the image of Islam as backward and exclusive. This research is important to understand how the media shapes cultural images and religious identities and its implications for intercultural understanding. Using Barthes' semiotic approach, this study reveals how the media constructs myths that can influence the audience's perspective on Islamic culture, reinforce stereotypes, or even pave the way for more complex understandings. On the one hand, this film has the potential to introduce the beauty and richness of Islamic history. However, on the other hand, it also reflects certain ways of presenting narratives that could worsen or strengthen the distortion in the relationship between the West and Islam.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The PNM Mekaar program is designed to address the poverty of underprivileged women through access to microfinance and business training. This study aims to analyze the design of the PNM Mekaar program using a rights-based social policy approach. This research uses a literature study method to identify concepts, theories, and empirical data related to women's economic empowerment. The results of the analysis show that the program is still needs-based without guaranteeing economic rights as part of human rights. A rights-based approach demands active participation, accountability, nondiscrimination, and equality in program design. The main findings reveal that although the program is effective in increasing women's income, it has not fully created sustainable structural change. Implementation based on rights principles can ensure that women are not only beneficiaries but also rights holders who can demand accountability. This study concludes the importance of reform policies to strengthen the inclusiveness and desirability aspects of the program in supporting social development goals and gender equality.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study analyzes the commodification of disability in digital capitalism through Tokopedia, Alfamart, and Rexona campaigns on the YouTube platform. This study aims to identify how digital media presents disability issues in capitalist narratives, how the commodification of disability life in the context of digital media reflects the principles of capitalism, and what impacts this commodification has on public awareness and the structural struggles of people with disabilities. Using the Marxist commodification theory, this study shows that narratives of inspiration and inclusion are often used to attract public attention and associate brands with positive emotions. At the same time, structural needs such as accessibility and systemic equality are ignored. The results of this study reveal that although these campaigns raise public awareness of disability issues, their focus tends to be on individual achievements rather than systemic challenges. In addition, this commodification risks reducing people with disabilities to symbolic tools for the company's commercial purposes. This study concludes that although campaigns like these have the potential to change public perceptions, their contribution to structural empowerment is still limited. This study is significant in opening up further discussions about digital capitalism, social representation, and the importance of a more sustainable approach to empowering people with disabilities.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Film is a mass media capable of constructing stereotypes of a culture while shaping reality according to the producer’s intent. This study aims to describe the representation of Madurese ethnic identity in the film Laundry Show (LS) by Rizki Balki. This research is qualitative descriptive, with data consisting of dialogues, character appearances, and other codes portrayed through the character Joni. The data source is the film LS produced by PT Tripar Multivision Plus. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques, while data analysis employed John Fiske's semiotics method, consisting of three levels of representation. The results indicate that the film LS creates a new, more positive perspective on the Madurese ethnicity. At the identity level, Joni is depicted with a distinctive language style, modern naming, contextual clothing, attractive appearance, and traits such as being humorous, multi-talented, intelligent, friendly, empathetic, religious, and having a strong work ethic. At the representation level, the use of camera techniques, lighting, and music supports this portrayal. Meanwhile, at the ideological level, Joni's identity reflects values of hard work, humanism, and religiosity as representations of the Madurese ethnicity. This study confirms that films can be an effective medium for shaping new perspectives on certain cultures.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The tourism sector is one of the key drivers of economic growth, especially in developing countries like Indonesia, where it contributes significantly to employment, investment, and regional development. In response to the growing need for transparency, accountability, and sustainability, accounting plays a crucial role in strengthening governance and optimizing financial management within the tourism industry. This study aims to explore the role of accounting in supporting tourism development through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). A total of 20 national and international scientific articles published between 2019 and 2024 were reviewed to examine the relationship between accounting practices and tourism sector growth. The findings reveal that good accounting practices can enhance financial transparency, build investor and stakeholder trust, and support the sustainability of tourism business operations. Additionally, the digitalization of accounting systems has improved reporting efficiency and managerial decision-making. These results underline the importance for tourism industry players to integrate effective accounting systems to ensure sustainable and competitive business performance.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study analyzes the impact of plastic pollution on environmental accounting and the implementation of the blue economy in Serangan Beach, Bali. This descriptive qualitative study uses a literature review and semi-structured interviews with fishermen and MSMEs. The results show that plastic pollution in Serangan Beach has had a serious impact on the ecosystem, public health, and the local economy. Although the Bulan Cinta Laut (BCL) program has been launched, the implementation of environmental accounting is still not optimal. The implementation of the blue economy is also hampered by the imbalance in roles between local communities and industry players. This study concludes the need for cross-sector collaboration and a systematic recording system to overcome plastic pollution and support the implementation of a sustainable blue economy in Serangan Beach.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to understand accounting students' perspectives on ethical aspects of creative accounting practices through a literature review. The research method employs a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study from various scientific journals and academic publications. The research results reveal polarization of views among accounting students, where there are groups with negative perspectives who reject creative accounting practices and groups that are more tolerant towards such practices. This variation in perspectives is influenced by internal factors such as personal values, ethical understanding, and educational background, as well as external factors including social environment and industry pressure. Findings indicate that although students understand basic concepts of accounting ethics, their ability to identify ethical dilemmas in creative accounting practices remains limited. This ethics research emphasizes the urgency of strengthening education in accounting curricula to prepare future generations of accountants who can contribute positively to the credibility of the accounting profession.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research analyzes the financial report visualization and corporate cybersecurity risk management of four leading Indonesian state-owned banks: Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN), and Bank Mandiri, during the period of 2022 to 2024. The research indicates that these four banks consistently demonstrate strong financial performance, characterized by solid growth in net profit, loans, and third-party funds. This growth is driven by aggressive digital transformation strategies and a focus on specific market segments, supported by maintained asset quality and a stable funding base. In terms of cybersecurity risk management, all banks show a strong commitment through the adoption of international frameworks (such as NIST and ISO 27001), the establishment of dedicated security units (CISO, CSIRT), and collaboration with the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN). Nevertheless, the level of transparency in public disclosure regarding cybersecurity policies and architecture details varies among the banks. Overall, these banks exhibit robust financial health and an increasingly mature cybersecurity posture, yet there are opportunities to enhance financial report visualization and cybersecurity disclosure transparency to strengthen investor confidence and operational resilience.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Sustainability accounting has become an important element in supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in various sectors, including the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze how sustainable accounting practices, including environmental accounting and sustainability control systems, can contribute to the achievement of SDGs, especially in the context of manufacturing companies. This study uses a literature study approach that integrates various related literatures to explore the relationship between sustainable accounting and goals such as poverty alleviation, environmental protection, and improving community welfare. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of sustainable accounting, such as sustainability reporting and ERP-based accounting information systems, can improve transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency of companies, while supporting the achievement of SDGs. However, challenges such as lack of consistent regulations, high implementation costs, and limited human resources are still obstacles. This study suggests that manufacturing companies in Indonesia strengthen the integration of sustainable accounting with their business strategies to achieve a more significant impact on SDGs.</dc:description>
